STOP PRESS - Number 43 are very proud to have been awarded the Cumbria Tourism Award for Best Guest Accommodation of the year. We will be competing in the next round against Yorkshire and Lancashire winners for the title of Best in the North West.

 

Gradings systems exist to reassure you before you check into your holiday accommodation that it will be just what you want, because it’s been checked out by independent assessors. Ensuring that the standards you find are what you would expect. And with all that work done for you, you can relax, book with confidence and get on with the real business of having a fantastic break.

At Number 43 we have been presented with the following awards, in recognition of our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our guests:

    Number 43 has been awarded the prestigious award of Best Guest Accomodation of the year 2010. We are now entered into the same category for Best in the Northwest, against the winners of Lancashire and Yorkshire.

  • aa_award1AA Highly Commended

    AA inspectors determine a quality score as a percentage to cover all aspects of a guest accommodation, including service. The score is then represented as a one- to five-Star rating.

    Five stars is indicative of the establishment having awareness of each guest's needs with nothing being too much trouble. All bedrooms are en suite or have a private bathroom (from 1 January 2008). Excellent quality beds and furnishings. Breakfast includes specials/home-made items, high quality ingredients, and fresh local produce. Yellow Stars indicate that an establishment is within the upper 10% of the quality score range.
