I take a train around the Bay to stay at Number 43, a luxurious 'boutique guest house' that runs to cafeitiers of coffee in the bedrooms. It's in Arnside, a smart vilage where I spend my morning walking a blisfully quiet shoreline patrolled by Swans and Herons.
