Christmas and New Year

Thinking of what to do for Christmas? Overwhelmed with the amount of organising, planning and preparation involved?  We have Christmas all wrapped up for you with our three day self catering package.

Join together with family and friends to stay in 5 star luxury and comfort at Number 43 with all the tedious tasks and trimmings taken care of.

All you need to do is arrive, to a well stocked bar and a complimentary case of fine Organic wines to get your party started.  We’ll already have covered all the leg work; the house sparkling with decorations, the trees finely dressed, the fridges and larder filled with the finest, award winning meats and produce in the county.

Just decide who the Nigella and Jamie’s are in your party, let them loose in the kitchen and relax into a stylish three day break!

On Christmas day wake up to the stunning views of the Lakeland fells and Kent estuary, perhaps take a crisp morning stroll along our breathtaking costal paths, tramp through the frosty woods or enjoy the unique experience of viewing the Kent estuary by walking over the viaduct towards Grange- over-Sands,  (the only time you can take advantage of this extraordinary experience ) to build up an appetite for the gastronomic delights that await you upon your return.

Kick off your shoes and relax with a glass of mulled wine as you exchange presents in front of the fire. If you don’t want anyone to miss out on any part of your stay, we will even organise a (*) Chef for you.

(This break is for 3 nights over Christmas or New Year based on 12 guests and includes a Cumbrian afternoon tea on arrival and all provisions included. (Provisions discussed and agreed upon in advance with party).
