Please appreciate we have a minimum nights stay policy on the following days:
Weekends: Two nights minimum stay.
Bank Holidays: Three night minimum stay.
However between the months of November and February we are as flexible as possible, so please do call us with any queries and we will always do our best to accommodate you.
House Parties:

Our ever popular house parties are currently available to book in three different packages.
All quoted prices are for the Exclusive use of Number 43 and based on 12 guests.
Prices are per person, per night and are for a minimum of 2 nights
House Party payments: 50% of the total sum of booking will be charged and taken upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining 50% is payable 14 days before arrival.
Gold Package:

Full Cumbrian Afternoon Tea on arrival, Bed and Breakfast and to help you get your party started a 12 bottle case of organic wines from our fabulous suppliers Organico.
Platinum Package:
Our Platinum Package is a truly special affair and includes all of the above, plus
a bespoke choice of menus, covering as many dining experiences as your imagination can stretch to. From simple suppers to full gastronomic experiences!
Our Platinum Package is designed and created with you and fully flexible.

Afternoon tea on arrival, and a 12 bottle case of wine from Organico.
Use Number 43 as your private country retreat, with all your provisions included. Enjoy the very best of local produce with our bespoke package where we discuss your menu requirements that we then source and have delivered ready for your arrival. (Staffed for 4 hours daily to clean public areas and kitchens and to help with any extra requirements you may have.)
Christmas and New Year 2010
From £500 per person for 3 nights.
This package is for 3 nights over Christmas or New year based on 12 guests and includes:
Cumbrian afternoon tea on arrival, all provisions for your 3 Days of festivities, a well stocked bar with local beers and spirits and a case of 12 organic wines. (Staffed for 4 hours daily to clean public areas and kitchens and to help with any extra requirements you may have.)
All prices stated are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
